Hey Steve Pavlina forums.
Its nice to be back, I haven't posted in a very long time.
Anyway, today i have decided that I'm going to try to get back into meditation so I am issuing myself a 30 day challenge.
Its quite simple, 5 minutes of meditation a day, and every 7 days I'll increase this session by one minute, so by the end of the 30 day trial I'll be up to an 8 minute meditation session.
I don' know if I'll update this daily, but I'll definitely be updating this fairly regularly to show you guys my progress.

I'm trying to get into regular meditation too, so far I have succeeded being mindful for 10 minutes, 20 on a good day. I'd just like to ask you something:
Have you meditated before? This would be my first time seriously attempting it, and sometimes towards the beginning I will feel that something inside me is shifting, and vibrating throughout my body (even when I am absolutely still)--is this normal? Could this be the build-up of tension being released?
