How do you reward yourself?
Hi guys I'm trying to implement some new habits and reward myself whenever I successfully do them for 30 days straight, but I'm stuck for ideas on how to reward myself.
I don't have much money, and material items don't give me much enjoyment. Any ideas?

A few ideas occurred to me for rewards, but your mileage might vary depending on your values:
- a day trip or afternoon visit to a location that feeds your soul
- a meal or coffee with someone whose company you particularly enjoy. Make sure they are reliable, because they are your reward.
- if you are time crunched, the gift of time to do anything or nothing, or work on an unrelated project or idea just for the joy of it.
- if your kitchen is your happy place like it is for me, prepare yourself something extra special
Let us know how it goes!

I reward myself by buying myself something I want, like a new book, more RAM for my computer, a new CD, or some new South Park boxer shorts. LOL I'm not materialistic either, but there are some materials that I do like.
