Default Work as a new Graduate...

A year ago, I started my first graduate job (I'd had a few part-time jobs when I was at college and high school though) & even though I've been trying my absolute best, I feel so out-of-my-league and overwhelmed.

Given the current competive job market for graduate jobs, all the other graduates are amazing, high-performing over-achievers & many have post-graduate qualifications. I'm doing my best & my boss is happy with my performance, but I just feel like I don't measure up. I know I shouldn't feel like I a failure, because I'm comparing myself to a cohort of high-achievers (not just the average 20 something), but it seems cold comfort. What should I do to feel better about myself at work?

Default increase your qualifications

My point of view, ambition makes successfulness , so increase your qualifications just look around to determine the best members in your teamwork ( including your boss), and how to be at the same level of their skills or more, as if you are in competitive situations , so if you will not be the first , you will be at fit position, which will influence your financial health

For work situations, it is always helpful to align yourself with somebody you can view as a mentor. It can be your boss but it doesn't have to. Just anybody who has experience, seems to be successful at his or her job and is friendly with you. Learn from that person and you will begin to feel at least you are on the right track. Don't compare yourself with the high achievers. Just compare yourself to how you were doing before. As long as you have progress, that is great. This will help you get decent reviews. Remember, you are still in a learning phase.
