I've learned quite a bit about it from Tim Ferriss. Thanks for Agota for sharing this free podcast about experimenting with me a while ago: Tim Ferriss Webcast On the Psychology of Testing I completely understand that testing and measuring are very important for personal development, but I've always quit after doing it for a while, because I guess I wasn't able to get much out of it. It's very hard to put together a simple yet effective system. I'm personally very interested in tracking all kinds of important data about diet, training, blogging, and social networking. What things would you personally track in these four? What have your learned about experimentation? |
