| Hy everyone, this is part 2 to my new personal pevelopment plan, you can find part 1 here : kicking off a new adventure part 1 planning day 31 -waking up at 8am -i will train for chess 30 mins -i will train for soccer 30 mins -i will maintain AK -find a girlfriend -work on a very good you tube song -i will go to all classes -i will go to the gym 3 times a week : wednesday, friday and sunday -study -go to a college party -meet one new person every day for 30 days -study at least one hour everyday for 30 days, this one will be extremely hard and will require a good planning I am really looking forward to these challeges but i will only start using them on monday 17/10, i am writing this on 12/10, and i want a week rest from my previous 30 day challenge. I think i am ready for 2 30 days challenges at the same time. wish me luck! |

| review day 31 + woke up at 7 am + i took all my supplements + i talked more or less to the girl i like + i went to all classes + we had a game today, and our team sucked big time, my own prestation was decent but i only played like 20 mins which is way too much, i deserve to play a whole game, but yeah... we'll see - i did not trained for soccer nor chess - still no gf - i did not study - i did not went to a college party [I]We played in a very cool stadium, it was in the middle of brussels but it was covered with trees, really cool, then when i came at college, the girl i like arrived at the same time, so i said goodmorning in a very friendly way, and she and here girlfriend smiled back and said hello, they were talking so didn't wanted to interrupt them, so i walked in front of them to class, i was a bit ahaid of them, so when i came by the door i kept it open for them, but like everyone at school does this, so later i regret doing this, it's a bit silly, like you want to make her you're friend by opening the door for here, but anyhow... today was a good day[I] planning day 32 -waking up at 8am -i will train for chess 30 mins -i will train for soccer 30 mins -i will maintain AK -find a girlfriend -work on a very good you tube song -i will go to all classes -i will go to the gym 3 times a week : wednesday, friday and sunday -study -go to a college party |

It looks a lot of list for me I also think it would be great if you pack less things with the trial so you can have more focus to those you care most. Like you can do early wake up, find a girl friend as the first mission(I mean if that's your priority). Make improvements on that, and get to the taste of small success. This will uplift you, encourage you immensely to continue the next journey You will see the power of small, you will improve little by little^^ |

| review day 33 (wednesday) + i had to wake up at 7 am for biochemistry + i went to the gym, but alone, my brother had a "cantus" + i trained for chess + i took all my supplements + i went to all classes + i studied a bit, but definetely not enough - i did not trained for soccer, i will try to implement soccer trainings next week, together with my 2 new 30-days challenges - still no gf - did not went to a party Today i had the option to go to a "cantus" where you drink beer and sing songs, and have fun, or to go to the gym and be more healthy, i quickly chose the gym because i don't like beer and i don't like singing songs, however i am pretty sure i could have an awsome time, but the thought that drinking beer will damage my muscles and in result give worse soccer results pull me back to the gym, ... dilemma's are sometimes hard, but i try to make the decision that resonates best with me. planning day 34 -waking up at 8am -i will train for chess 30 mins -i will train for soccer 30 mins -i will maintain AK -find a girlfriend -work on a very good you tube song -i will go to all classes -i will go to the gym 3 times a week : wednesday, friday and sunday -study -go to a college party |

| review day 34 (thursday) + i trained for chess 30 mins + i took all my supplements + i went to all classes + i studied a bit - i woke up at 10 am, this is the only day of the week i can actually sleep past 8 am, next week i will try to wake up at 8 am even on thursday, to really make it a lasting habit, that my body knows : at 12pm i get to bed, at 8am i wake up - i did not train for soccer - no gf - no college party Pretty random day today, with the only exceptional thing being me not having to play this sunday, which is awsome, that means that have the sunday off to study planning day 34 -waking up at 8am -i will train for chess 30 mins -i will train for soccer 30 mins -i will maintain AK -find a girlfriend -work on a very good you tube song -i will go to all classes -i will go to the gym 3 times a week : wednesday, friday and sunday -study -go to a college party |

| review day 35 (friday) + i woke up at 8 am, i only had class at 10 am, but my body decided to wake up + i went to the gym with my brother in between classes! awsome + i took all my supplements + i went to all classes + i trained for chess - i did not trained for soccer - no gf - no college party - did not studied extra outside of class Friday is always a fun day, but this one was actually very fun, i really amused myself the last class, i always feel epic than. | review day 37 (sunday) + i trained for soccer in the sun, ( 2 positive effects on me at the same time, in chess that would be a good move + i took all my supplements + i studied and organized myself for school + i made a new weekly schedule where i put soccer training, classes, individual soccer training and my daily 1 study hour in, i will try to post it on here later on + i watched about half of the second part of man transformation, the dude who is talking is really clever, you can tell he has a lot of experience + i trained for chess - i woke up at 11 am again - no gf As you can tell by the amount of green and red, it was a very productive day, it has been a while since my last individual training, hopefully i can pick that back up ,i can't wait for all the new challenges next week, but it will be without my twin brother because he is a week away with his class planning day 38 -waking up at 8am -i will train for chess 30 mins -i will train for soccer 30 mins -i will maintain AK -find a girlfriend -work on a very good you tube song -i will go to all classes -i will go to the gym 3 times a week : wednesday, friday and sunday -study outside of class -go to a college party -meet one new person every day for 30 days -study at least one hour everyday for 30 days -follow my week schedule |

| review day 38 (monday) + i made a new weekplan, that has everything in it, i really like it when i have full overview on my week and can just plan stuff ahaid, it's awsome, it gives me this feeling of control + i woke up at 8:45 am + i trained 30 minutes for chess i had like 30 mins before i needed to go to bed to get 8 hours sleep and when i got home for soccer + i trained for soccer 30 minutes + i took all my supplements again + i went to all classes + i studied outside of class for about 40-50 minutes i think + i followed my week schedule - i did not met someone new today, and i really really regeret this one, already a bad start of my 30 days challenge, but i won't give up, next day i will try again -no gf -it's been a long time since i made another youtube song -no college party This was an epic day, i can feel the growth inside of me this evening, It started sunday evening, i had my whole week schedule ready, i had 2 hours between classes today, i would study for 1 hour and the other hour i would train for soccer in college, eventually with me walking to my dorm room , and me needing to buy a sandwich at 12 am ( already thinking ahaid, because normally i had to go to soccer training after my last class, so i don't have time to eat. ) i did not had time to do my soccer training, so i anticipated : we always have time in soccer training that we have to wait in line to do a particular exercise, so in stead of waisting my time i always did some exercises for a couple minutes, and every time those minutes stacked up, and by the end of the training i think i trained for almost 30 mins, brilliant isn't it planning day 39 -waking up at 8am -i will train for chess 30 mins -i will train for soccer 30 mins -i will maintain AK -find a girlfriend -work on a very good you tube song -i will go to all classes -i will go to the gym 3 times a week : wednesday, friday and sunday -study outside of class -go to a college party -meet one new person every day for 30 days -study at least one hour everyday for 30 days -follow my week schedule |

| review day 39 (tuesday) + i woke up at 7 am , normally 6 am but because my brother is away for a week, 7 am yeey + i took all my supplements + i more or less learned someone new, he was in my class, but in the other group so we barely have class together, and the teacher was on the floor and i told him she had big boobs, and he laughed, so i think this might count as learning someone new, so this is day 1 of my 30 days trial of learning someone new everyday + i went to all classes -i did not studied for an hour today, i studied for about 20 minutes i think , between classes -i did not trained extra, i forgot to do my method of yesterday -no gf -no college party -still no youtube song -i failed at following my week schedule today Today was pretty positive, it started out kinda negative though, i was late for class, and then we had to do some exercises in group, but this particular was mostly the "what i call childish, "cool" group", they think they are cool, and most other students believe it, but i know they are just lame, it's hard to explain. But i could just feel they didn't like me, it's a long story i only want to tell you ,readers, that a few negative thoughts went through my mind. | review day 41 (thursday) + i took all my AK supplements + i went to all classes - i woke up at 10 am , i went to bed at 3 am - i did not trained for soccer or chess - no gf - i did not studied for an hour - i did not met someone new I will do this with numbers, else it will be too long wednesday : 1) we had some sort of test today at school, we actually had to be physiotherapist for 30 mins, and this girl was put in our group,, she was really fun, and i made here laugh a lot 2) The people i normally would go to the college party with, didn't go , so i called a "nerdier" group if i could go with them, i was kinda late and on my way i bumped into a group of girls of my class, so i went with them, there was a huge line, and everyone was cramping to go in , so we waited outside, we encountered a few more people from my class, and i laughed my ass of with a drunk guy, so that was actually pretty fun, then i stood in line for half an hour, i lost my friend on the way, so once inside i was alone, i met someone from my soccer team, but then he left, and i searched for classmates for half an hour and then left lol, but still i had a lot of fun and a lot of people saw me that's important to socialize further on. Thursday : 3) Today i always spend with someone of the third grade who has the same classes, and i know from earlier, he is really fun but sooo tiring, he also prevents me from paying attention in class sometimes 4) My soccer training wasn't that great, it's been a long time since i had a not so good soccer training 5) I have figured out some things about my brain this week, i never really tought about it, but i have quite a bad short term memory, my brain tends to forget things that aren't that relevant but hapened like a minute ago. I have a very good memory for things that i understand and that seem logical to me, they seem to stick with me forever, i also have noticed that my concentration power is quite low, it's hard for me to focus on one thing, so i am going to do concentration exercises from the book "the power of concentration" i think it's called, it has about 15 exercises that you can do to improve concentration. I did this exercises before but for only a week or so. 6) i am watching "man transformation" for about a week now, it is really really good, i am going to try leverage ( i will explain this later" and i will also try to visualize every morning again ,but this will be very hard together with concentration exercises, meeting new persons, soccer, studying, classes,... planning day 42 (friday) -waking up at 8am -i will train for chess 30 mins -i will train for soccer 30 mins -i will maintain AK -find a girlfriend -work on a very good you tube song -i will go to all classes -i will go to the gym 3 times a week : wednesday, friday and sunday -study outside of class -meet one new person every day for 30 days -study at least one hour everyday for 30 days -concentration exercises -visualize every morning |

| review day 42 (Saturday) + i took all my supplements + i trained for chess + i trained for chess + i made a new you tube song, go check it out + again i played a very good game, but the coach still did not let me start - i woke up at 11 am, it's been a long time since i slept that late - i did not train for soccer - no gf - no new person - i did not studied - i did not do concentration - i did not do visualization - I'm actually really neglecting my new challenges, this is because they are not routine yet, my days are quite busy, which results in less time to think about my challenges, which in turn makes me forget them, - i have watched "man transformation" for 4.5 hours total i believe ( the full program is 16 DVDs of approximately 2 hours each) and one tactic that Deangelo discusses is "leverage" ==> for example : giving someone a check of 1000 dollars and tell him to in it if you don't do you're challenge everyday for a specific time. Maybe i will implement this, i have to find someone reliable , i think my twin brother is perfect for this. - I will also imply a new challenge : 30 days no synthetic sugar, this one will be unbelievably hard, but i already did a 30 days challenge of no cookies or candy, so i think this one is possible - I also made 3 new organization files : 1) a page with all my classes, and the exams that will be taken 2) a page with all my tasks 3) a page with all my classes and what i have to do for each one , prioritized. My brother went to the cinema in the evening and they asked me and my twin brother if we wanted to go with them, and we spontaneously said yes, i felt kinda annoyed that evening because i was out of my "Sunday evening routine" and my Sunday evening routine is so solid into my brain because i do it every weekend, so that was kinda awkward. | review day 44 (Monday ) + i trained for chess 30 mins + i trained for soccer individually during the soccer team training, i am starting to get better at using little useless moments to train myself, + i have a new youtube song + i went to all classes - no gf - no new person - i did not studied - i did not do concentration - i did not do visualization - i ate synthetic sugars, it was out of necesitty, my brother made sandwiches with choco paste, and i had to eat something before soccer training - i woke up at 11 am Today i normally have to wake up at 7 am, but today we only had class at 1 pm , so that was chill. I truly regret waking up at 11 am, i could have went to the gym , do concentration exercises, visualize, study, ... I also noticed that at soccer i yell and have fun and do crazy, but at school i just can't i'm also funny but i have waaay more resistance to speek up , that is because i just started being kinda timid from the very first day one, by now it's a lot better, i know a lot of people now, but tere are some people who i don't talk to and it's kinda awkward, and i always feel bad that i HAVE to know person X or person Y , i also am mad at myself for not speaking up , and then following that thought i think , why don't i still have a gf, and i get in this negative spiral, and i also lose my clarity at those moments, i begin whondering that i missaid,misdo or forgot something, and then a tiny bit off negative energy follows me through the day. Shoulding everyday "find a girlfriend" and not doing it isn't effective. Putting stuff on your todo list that you won't develops into a habit. It's better to actually set your expectations in a way where you achieve 100% of it. Once you achieve 100% you can add an additional item. |

| review day 48 (saturday) + i trained for chess 30 mins + i went to all classes + i took all my supplements + i studied for an hour + no nailbiting + i drank a cup of thee - i woke up at 9.30 am - did not train for soccer - no gf - i did not do concentration - i did not do visualization - i ate synthetic sugars - did not met someone new I have been wondering that same thing Brutha, i am going to anticipate and reduce the amount of daily tasks, to make it achievable, the challenges that i will remove ( with pain in the heart because it feels like i'm holding myself back ), i will put aside and imply them if i get 100% green. Thank you Brutha. I also have to confess something : i think i'm in love with a girl that's three years younger than me, she will be 16 and i will be 19, is this wrong? She doesn't look really mature, she's looks like a teen, but she's pretty, and she also has a boyfriend, at least that's what facebook says. I can't find a name or a ' I love you' on her facebook or a picture with her friend,... . Any advice from someone who has experience with this? planning day 49 -waking up at 9 am, every single day ( this may seem as a setback, but for now i cannot force myself to go to bed at midnight everyday) -i will play at least one game of chess everyday, (this is starting to get routine, but to be honest sometimes i just played too much) -i will train for soccer, during the soccer training, i will use every free minute efficiently ( organising external trainings is nearly impossible to do everyday), if i don't have soccer training i will do an individual training of at least 30 minutes -i will maintain AK, no problemo here -i reworked the find a girlfriend challenge, because it is very inneficient to just write find a girlfriend thats way too vague, i will rework this to meet a new girl twice a week -i will work on the youtube song whenever i feel like, my # viewers has increased a lot, but it's very very hard to monetize this, so it get's a lower priority -i will go to all classes, obviously no problem -i will go to the gym 2 times a week : wednesday, friday, ( no problemo) -study at least 30 minutes everyday for 30 days, i will just have to cramp these 30 minutes into my day, it should be possible during luch,...etc -concentration exercises, i will wait a little bit longer with this one -visualize every morning, also for later when i have a solid weekly routine -30 days of again no cookies or candy, i realized the no synthetic sugars is waaay to high for me, it's not possible for me at the moment but that's ok i will get there someway -no nailbiting, easy as 1,2,3 - drink a cup of thee every evening, quite easy... |

| review day 49 (sunday) + i played a game of chess + AK + ( i will update every sunday from now on if i have met 2 new girls ) + no nailbiting + first cup of thee is inside me + i studied a lot, more than 1 hour - i woke up at 10 am - i did not trained for soccer - i ate cookies I feel less tensed with my challenges less packed, today i've got this crazy idea that i should try to become a comedian... i can make people laugh a lot, but that's i can respond to what other people say or do funny, to be on a stage and just make them laugh seems like a tough challenge, but i definetely wanna do that someday. planning day 50 -wake up at 9am, or earlier -1 game of chess -train 30 mins soccer individually -AK -meet 2 new girl this week -go to all classes -go to the gym -study 30 minutes -no cookies or candy -no nailbiting -drink a cup of thee |

| review day 50 + i woke up at 9 am + i trained for soccer during the training as planned + AK + went to all classes + no cookies or candy + no nailbiting + i went to a party - i forgot my thee - i did not played chess - i did not studied Today one of my classmates stopped out of nowhere, it was a busy day, first school, then soccer, then i went to a dance club with a bunch of old friends, and i actually noticed that i don't like dance clubs at all, i used to just go there with friends or my brothers and just stand most of the time, dance a bit drink a bit and go home. I realized that i prefer talking much more, a party can very fun if you drank a bit, and it's more a college party where you do silly and laugh a lot, but dance clubs.. nope not for me. That's kinda a breakthrough for me. planning day 51 -wake up at 9am, or earlier -1 game of chess -train 30 mins soccer individually -AK -meet 2 new girl this week -go to all classes -go to the gym -study 30 minutes -no cookies or candy -no nailbiting -drink a cup of thee |

| review day 51 (tuesday) + i played 1 game of chess + AK + we had no class + i studied for 30 mins + i did not ate cookies or candy + no nailbiting + forgot thee again - i woke up at 12 am - i did not trained for soccer - i ate cookies - i forgot my thee again i was soo tired today, only slept 4-5 hours -wake up at 9am, or earlier -1 game of chess -train 30 mins soccer individually -AK -meet 2 new girl this week -go to all classes -go to the gym -study 30 minutes -no cookies or candy -no nailbiting -drink a cup of thee |

| review day 52 (wednesday) + i played a game of chess + i took my supplements + there were no classes we have 2 days off + i studied + i did not ate cookies or candy + no nailbiting + i drank a cup of thee - i woke up too late - i did not train - i did not went to the gym I hate holidays during the week, we had tuesday and wednesday off, that totally blew my routines away, i always thought it was friday planning day 53 -wake up at 9am, or earlier -1 game of chess -train 30 mins soccer individually -AK -meet 2 new girl this week -go to all classes -go to the gym -study 30 minutes -no cookies or candy -no nailbiting -drink a cup of thee |

| review day 53 (thursday) + i played a game of chess + i took my supplements + i studied + no cookies or candy + no nailbiting + i drank a cup of thee - i woke up too late - i did not train Today was quite identical to yesterday, except that i had training today, the training was super boring, we just did some passing exercises. I am really doubting the trainer's knowledge of soccer, i personally think i know a lot more about it. | review day 54 (friday) + woke up at 7 am for school, we had tai chi today, if you watched ip man you would have loved it + i played 1 game of chess + took AK + i went to all classes + i went to the gym + no nailbiting + cup of thee - i did not train for soccer - i did not studied - i ate cookies The tai chi class was actually very cool, i have watched ip man, and after that movie i trained it on my ow a bit, so it was really cool to get that in class. I was too tired to study after school, i have to remember to take that in note when i start planning my weeks more carefully planning day 55 -wake up at 9am, or earlier -1 game of chess -play a hell of a game -AK -meet 2 new girl this week -go to all classes -go to the gym -study 30 minutes -no cookies or candy -no nailbiting -drink a cup of thee |
