My mind is finding a ton of excuses for avoiding the tasks I need to do. It's like a little kid, really. I'm cold I can do it later I'm tired, I can do it in the morning It doesn't really matter if I do it or not - what's the big deal I deserve a break I don't HAVE to do it Even if not doing it has bad consequences, I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. I just don't care anymore. Waaah! I don't wanna do it! Who will win, the kid or the adult? The kid is awfully persistent. Can anyone relate to this? |

I think we can all relate to what you are saying. This is why I shot a video on motivating ourselves to do things we don't like to do. I call it Sidedoor Motivation. It works for me as I still push myself to do certain things I don't particularly like but I know that they are good for me. |
