I recently got a mailer from learning strategies regarding a system they are offering called the effort free life system. It looks interesting but i have never heard of it before. Any one heard of it? bad? good? Normally, i would have thrown something like that out but it endorsed by the same people who did photo reading which i totally love. I read around online and found good reviews. So any thoughts? opinions? For those interested, here is the best review i found. Effort Free Life System Also here what i got in the mail. The only difference is mine has USD listed. Breakthrough launch blasts away any limiting belief in 3 minutes flat! And here is the company that makes it. LifeTools Adrienne |

Adrienne, i really can't see the "effort free" life in the start... i wish it was all about you putting the cd in the mp3 player and WHOOSH ... you got MM dollars in your account in a month, or WHOOSH ... you look 10 years younger ... or ... you conceive & pop out a baby in three minutes w/ NO PAIN (lucky i'm not the woman in this life.. ) i see life as NO PAIN - NO GAIN ... life is a slow and on-going battle and always will be... and you are the winner if you feel the top |

I was just going through my mail, read the pdf and I wondered if people on here have heard or tried it. I guess no not yet. It very much looks like its to do with intention manifestations, LoA etc. |

Gidday Adrienne, I got the email too, and have looked at the stuff. You know, all this stuff, LOA, miracles, visualisation...it's a funny one. I have seen and been involved in totally unexplainable miracles. There are so many things we just can't explain. Like a 'savant' draftsman that just throws our beliefs out the window. I was a draftsman, so it hits me. He looks at a building, starts in one corner of the page, just starts drawing and in no time has a ridiculously detailed scale drawing, perfectly laid out, no measurements, scales, rulers, erasers, layouts, nothing. Then he is even able to draw internal structual details, just from observing the building. Anyone that has put any decent effort into manifesting, or learning about Spirit, or whatever name you want to give the stuff, must have had miracles, or unexplainable things happen. Or what about a lady that has never snow ski'd in her life, useless at it, and is trying to learn, on the learners run, sees her daughter in trouble at the bottom of the advanced run. The total love of her child is enough to over rule her beliefs, and next thing she ski's to the bottom of the advanced run. We are such creatures of habit, and belief. Even when I was involved in belief shattering... shattering, miracles, that I just cannot deny, that I wouldn't even tell my closest friends, as they sound ridiculously far fetched, I still find myself doubting, falling back to the old way of thinking, if I'm not carefull. But just like what happened when Bannister broke four minutes, the old belief is suddenly powerless, weak. When I was a skinny little radically abused kid, getting big, strong and safe became all consuming. I saved all my pocket money and bought the most rip off, ludicrous isometric based muscle building course you have ever seen. I remember my basketball team mates laughing their heads off when I showed them the magic exercises that were gonna turn me into the bodybuilders they used in their rip off photos. One thing in the course was actually true, and resonated with me. One little highlight said you had to give 100%, or it wouldn't work. So, luckily for me, thats my nature anyway, and I grunted and strained in the privacy of my bedroom for 10 minutes a day, but more importantly I naively totally believed, because deep down I knew I gave 100%, so bingo, next thing, I crushed my mate that was a 'brick shithouse' in an arm wrestle. I'll never forget it, the look of shock on his face. And the rush of belief flooding through me! And so down the track, there I am, suddenly renowned as one of the strongest guys in the league. Personally, I have no doubt that sometime in the future people will look back and laugh in amasement at our era's ridiculously limiting beliefs and ideas. Ask the worlds greatest scientist, 'expert' whoever... here, I will. I'm asking anyone, this 'cloud of gas', this 'big bang', these 'strings' these quantam particles, where did they come from? What source? And then, what was the source of that? And the source of that? And while your at it, how big is space, where does it end, and what's outside of it? And outside of that? There is way, way, way much more than we believe, and yet our beliefs are so powerful. So for me, the crux is that famous line...how did it go? Ye of little faith. Have a go Adrienne, but then, what if it doesn't work...what if people mock you, what if you doubt yourself or the course, what if it clashes with your beliefs, what if I'm full of ************... What if you never had one iota of fear, ignorance or doubt, just 100% channelled belief? Go for it! But if you're gonna go, then really go! All out! Think half baked efforts, create half baked results. Anyway, sincerely all the best. I hope you end up showering in happiness.

Yeh, when something is fun, it's effortless! A part of us knows whats fun, you can't fool yourself, you're either loving it, or not. Sooner or later, the truth shows. Feelings don't lie. So learning more about whatever it is that creates feelings of fun is exciting to me. One of the most awesome images for me, because I love sports and training, was when Flojo was in her prime. The image of her just effortlessly, awesomely motoring over the line, grinning from ear to ear...MAGIC! I'm sure heaps of people have had the same feelings and experience in all sorts of ways, I know I have, it feels deluxe!!! And perfect!!!

I purchased the effort free system a year ago. I have purchased stuff from lifetools before and i have found them pretty good. I began using it and i have to say that i was pretty impressed with it.Some things did manifest for me,not in the way of material things, but situations.I had been working in my job for a number of years and i hated it, but it paid well.A few months later i had been made redundant and was given enough redundancy money to keep me going for about a year. This has allowed me to work on things that i want to do without having to worry about bills.I also had a nice company car which i liked but couldn't have been able to afford to buy, that car was offerred to me at a big discount which was another bonus. The system is well worth a go,and if you follow all the steps it certainl makes you think much more positively

As to effort free life... I like it so far. I will warn you that tho each cd runs an hour, you have to pause it to do what he instructs which makes the total running time 90 to 100 minutes. I am on cd 4 (i got it a week ago) and so far i like. I will be honest and say nothing he has said i did not already know but he puts it in a more powerful way and and gives great steps to actually do those things which i really needed. For example many people know residence is not very productive. He explains how to get rid of it which i needed! I will let you know more as i continue Adrienne

I do holosync too. I have the centerpointe Cds, and i love them and it is alot of time during the day to spend on PD while your learning that is.. Here is how it works.. It takes around 5 minutes a day for me to complete what i need to do. Could i stop at 3? Yes. I chose to keep going until i reach the highest level i can which often takes 5 for me. When i said it takes 90 minutes, i meant that it takes about 90 minutes to 2 hours per cd to listen to even tho the cd is only around 60 minutes long because of all the times you stop the CD and do a lengthy exercise. I find these exercises very helpful and enjoy doing them, but it still makes each CD take more time then just the time you take listening. As to what you do everyday without the tape. I do it twice a day, and that takes about 10 minutes for me plus about 3 minutes to write down a couple other things he mentions its good to keep track off. So i spend more like 13 minutes a day. Well worth it! Adrienne

I wouldn't trust any system that promises "effort free". Great value that comes through continuous and calculated effort is much sweeter and lasting longer than "effort free" receiving. I think that their marketing page is quite strong on the part of persuading you to try it, and less on what it is really. Their revolutionary findings would most likely be nothing more than a reproduction of Napoleon Hill principles or something alike. They did not impress me one bit, and I'm certainly not going to give them money, even if they promise to pay 10 times back. There's a catch in every "effort free" rich-style offer. |

I understand what you mean Shlomo, now that i have started the program, i would say that the system really is not about effort free living but more of goals, restience, and creating a great life. Its not a system of sit around and wish for a better life kinda thing. So far i like it, however, i usally withhold final say until i have finished it. I think the important think that the words effort free means in this case if that you dont need to fight everything.. Adrienne |

thanks for the info adrienne! i have listened to the first cd, and I found it to be quite tedious, mainly because he talks so ridiculously slow!! im hoping the next few cd sessions are a bit less painful. i don't mind the little exercises, i think they're useful and bring a lot of things into focus. the actual 'challenge' seems like it will be a lot of effort, which i expected anyway or they wouldnt be offering double your money back. adrienne what level are you on with the holosync? i recently started awakening level 1. i miss awakening prologue! |

I personally did find him a bit slow, but he more then made up for it with his zeel. I did have one problem.. i got to cd 6 and it was mislabeled, so i had to send it back to LS and they are sending me a new one. I have to say that LS support for this seems to be great. As to holosync... I have the prologue and i just joined the inner circle a couple weeks ago. I am working on my affermations for it. Why do you miss the prologue? I am looking forward to getting a new level and the floating portion. I also really want to hear the rain fall with that new technology they use to make the sounds come from outside of your head. The rain does sound more realistic on the new level, but it is not as dramatic as the demo cd would have you think. still, it definately sounds better and i enjoy listening to it. i love holosync. ive listened to the second cd for effort free life now, so i can do the CAP. although i see what its trying to do it hasnt really made much of an impact on me yet. i was already applying similar principles to melt resistance from what ive learnt with holosync. basically, just to be a witness so that you're in the present, and to breathe deeply. all chris payne is telling you to do is breathe deeply, i just dont find it very progressive. i also find it hard to quanitfy something as subjective as my current level of acceptance. if i wake up and do it, there's usually nothing going on so what is it exactly that im trying to accept? or am i supposed to be thinking of another issue or situation? to me doing this takes me into the past, making it difficult to feel 'present' and more accepting of the situation. i feel its more beneficial to use when a situation actually arises. it might then be of some help. i hope ROBERTA is more revolutionary than CAP because its not really speaking to me. perhaps i am just in resistance? |

cool i cant wait to try it. still working on affermations As to efl... CAP, the more you do it the better it gets.. at least for me. I think it serves as a focal point to bring your attention to the here and now and to let life be the way it is and take action on the now to create a more powerful future. I got cd 6 in the mail today and will continue with the program. and let everyone know what i think. REBERTA is interesting.. more in the way of logic, it was nothing new for me, but having it put so point blank is good. ANyway, reserving judgement until after i finish and can look at the effect on my life. Adrienne |
