I'm sure most of you guys are familiar with Steve's post about how beneficial it is to wake up every morning at the same time. Well... I was thinking that rather than wake up at the same clock time every day, to wake up at the same solar time. As in, waking up the same amount of time before sunrise every day. The sunrise time changes a little less than one minute a day. While not a major effect, it will still get you closer to the natural circadian rhythm of the Earth. For my full article on this check out the post on my site, Why an Early Riser? (specifically under the section There are NOT 24 hours in a Day) What do you guys think? |
