| Challenges are very good.
That looks pretty good to me. This pretty much was the same setup I had last month but only followed sporadically, this time I want to achieve a higher success rate (preferably every day!).

| Domain name forwarding is a fairly simple matter. 6 AM is pretty ambitious, I agree, I tried for 4 and 5 AM a few times and it just didn't feel natural. Tough bit is, I have ALWAYS been a night owl, since I was a little kid; so this one is a challenge for me. It is worth being on time with the rest of the world though.

| My work starts at 7:30 and i have been thinking of myself as a hero because i force myself to walk up at 7:00 and then rush up to work ... so waking up at 6 that is a WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW challenge |

| I am happy to participate. Here is my list.

| well ... i know i can not and i have my reasons .... there are two kinds of people .... day workers and night workers ... depending on their body nature i am a night worker ... my peak energy time is after 1 am ... an hour work = 3 hours working after 8 am .... therefore i can not wake up at 6 even if i want to you know although i wake up every day at 7:00 AM on weekends i wake up at 1:00 PM even if i went to sleep at 8:00 PM ... this is just how my body works |

| Ah, so you don't want to. That's different than oyu can not. I used to be the same way as you, a regular night owl. So the change is totally possible, the qeustion of whehter you want to or not, based on certain criteria is more important, though. You might consider a 30-day trial. THat is, try to wake up at the same time every day for thirty days and see how it works for you. If it doesn't owrk, forget it.

| Yay! Nice company! I'm eager to join you. Of course, I've already started a challenge on the 1st of May, but didn't have time to post it yet. Here it is: 1) Do exercises for my back every other day. Actually, it's the continuation of my April challenge. I'll stick to it till June 1st as I do these exercises not every day, but once in 2 days. Haven't missed a work out so far! 2) Don't eat for 4 hours before going to bed. First started it on May 1st, failed the next day and started again on May 3rd. 3) Wake up at 8 every morning. I'll start it on May 8th or 10th (depends on when my holiday will be over). Anyway, I'll have 21 days to work on this habit. I have to post the results of my April challenge and I'll do it later. Good luck to everyone! P.S. Maybe I get it wrong but I thought a challenge meant exactly a 30-day trial on this forum. For example, I do work outs (not for my back, but for the whole body) 3 times a week this month, but I don't consider it a challenge as I don't have to do it every day. |

| So far so good for me, two days past and I woke up yesterday at 7:30; then today at 4:30 (I think when you make major sleeping cycle changes these fluctuations are normal). Yesterday I actually did some productive writing and planning for my programming projects. Today I ate a good breakfast, but could be better (just a grapefruit). Yesterday I did some reading. (am about to go do that) Yesterday I did some meditating. (am about to do this too) Girlfriend thing just needs time I suppose (sex would be nice till that time though!). Feeling mellower and calmer already as a result. Yay for challenges!

| so far non of my activities reflect my goals ... except working on meeting the release deadline at work ... other than that i did nothing on Saturday i returned home tired then went for sleep then watched my share of TV. yesterday i went out with my family to meet friends ... well we stayed until mid night so when i returned home i had to go to sleep i was so tired and again did nothing ... i am eating more than i should ... i gain weight and yesterday i found out that i am not able to wear my old clothes nor my sister's new clothes any more ... i gain 5 kg and i am not working on the treadmill either. anyway today i have to read a book about configuration management , tomorrow we have a meeting to discuss it at work ... so nothing for today but tomorrow in God's well i will have the time to work on the presentation i am supposed to make at the end of May ... when i finish it i will post it here to find your opinions about it |
