Default One week challenge! No browsing at work

Based on the suggestion I got to my post at Prioritization , I am starting a one week challenge (hopefully to keep it for months, and years :-). And here it goes:

No non work related thing during work hours, this includes everything like face book, gmail, stevepavelina.com, news, etc.. and the aim will be to work at least 30 minutes shorter so that it can be allocated to some other stuff (in my case, writing/reading). I will come back here every night and report the status. Partners in crime, more than welcomed!:-)

Oh, now, that would be a tough one! Good luck!
I have a plug-in to Chrome (self-imposed) that limits me to 20 minutes at work. But of course I can always bring up a different browser... At least it keeps me aware.
