Default Early rising: co-worker so inspired by me he's now joined me!

Now that I'm nearly 4 weeks into early rising at 5AM (1st week and a half doing 530AM), my co-worker has decided to join me. Starting today, he's now having me phone him at 630AM. Eventually he too wants to wake up at 5AM.

Awesome! It's fun when other people are inspired by your own changes or improvements.

That's great LOA9!

can I ask you what were your reasons to start waking early? When did you use to wake up before this?

It all started with a 5:55 AM BART train trip on 8/27/2011.

In order to skate along the SF embarcadero, you really need to wake up early! I woke up at 4:50 AM and drove to Fremont BART. I got to the embarcadero by 7:10 AM and started skating.

I was dog tired but I was absolutely amazed at how much I could jam into 1 day. I skated half the day and ate breakfast, lunch and dinner ALL in SF. By 3:45 PM, I felt like I had a full day.

What did I do before?
M-F = 6:00-6:30AM (usually around 6:25AM)
Wknd = 7-9AM (usually 9AM by Sunday)

When I used to awake at 9AM, 3hrs went by and I lost the morning.
Now 3hrs go by and the morning's just starting.

I am glad you found a big chunk of precious space in your life.

BTW *LOA9*, what you are doing sounds fantastic.
Skating hald the day, and eat for the rest.
Wow, what a lovely adorable life you are enjoying~

Very cool
