Went from personal tragedy to become a Karate World Champion. The story is the basis of my main motivational keynote I do and is presented in part in my free video series as well.

I moved from being a painfully shy person to someone who is assertive and comfortable in her own skin. In most social situations, any way.

Click the link in his signature and sign up and he sends one video a day to your email! I would highly recommend them and each day I have been eagerly waiting for them! Thought i'd save him a job!

And my biggest achievement has to be either getting into a top university or turning from being disabled throughout my teenage years, only able to walk a few hundred metres and in severe pain to being able to walk for a few hours at a time, and becoming less disabled-basically able to do what everyone else can in normal life. "I am healing everyday through a miracle I am creating, step my conscious step." I tell myself. I've put so much time and effort into this through my research and have proved the doctors wrong who said I would be disabled and unable to walk far for the rest of my life. One day I will be able to walk completely pain free. I have improved so much words can't describe it and also managed to become a gym instructor and personal trainer.

I love meeting people who can't believe how I can walk and seeing the difference, it makes me feel really proud.

All that has made me realise incredible growth can come from the most terrible of situations and I am going towards growing in EVERY area of my life.

Thanks - you beat me to it! The 3-part videos are only one vid a day for 3 days. I also do a regular video series called Motivational WebTV that covers a range of topics from motivation to diversity. In this series, I can bring out the goofy side of me more. I release a new episode every 2 weeks or so at my website. I just released #58 which is also the one on Sidedoor Motivation that I briefly talked about here at the Fitness and Health section.
