 |  Choices!
Have you every heard the expression that life is full of choices? I know that is a silly question, however, have you ever really thought about the statement? If you give it any thought, you will quickly realize that not only is this true but it is also a little overwhelming. I mean think about it, if life is filled with choices then we are constantly making decisions. If you say it that way, it sounds like we are working overtime, all the time. The good news is that most of the choices we make are instinctive and requires little effort. So, on the bright side of things life is easier than we sometimes realize. Smile  |

This is also why some people strive to become managers while some do not. The higher you go, the more decisions you actually have to make as a result of the choices presented.

Habits and routines are when we bypass having to make a choice and always go with option A No need to make a choice them, much easier Unfortunately it also means we forget about options B-Z which are usually more interesting |
