that's awesome spiderguy, i will check it out if you pm me the link review day 17 (monday) + i went to all classes + i woke up at 7 am ( never sleeping till after 10 am really did miracles with my health + no cookies or candy, 14 days left.... urge for synthetic sugar is decreasing, i fill up the lost sugar with natural sugars ( fruit,..) + i maintained AK, i have soooo much energy at soccer its unbelievable + trained for chess for about 15 mins due to a lack of time + i trained for soccer for about 15 mins due to a lack of time - i still don't have my gym card, a gf, neither have i recontacted friends, but when i think about with a clearer perspective now, i think those old friends weren't that good at all, it is time to make some new ones - i did not reviewed classes because that isn't necessary yet Today was the first day at school, it is my second year and my twin brothers first, because he had to double in high school. We follow the same education, physiotherapist. My twin brother is really cool, so he isn't what you would expect from a college kid, he also has a very pretty gf, i went with him on his introductory classes, and he met a girl and a boy from his previous school, so he already had 2 friends to talk with, i think he was reliefed. Later i left him for my own classes, i met old friends, but you have to know something about my previous year, i wasn't really well known, i had 3 soccer practics trough the week, so i only went to 1 party the whole year, i had like some friends, but not much, and i did not have really good bonds with them because i was too shy, i wonder what this year will bring, the first day was calm, not much classes, not many new perspectives... oww yeah after soccer training i drove the car over a big curb that divides the road in 2 ( don't know how to explain it else) the car made a huge BANG wen it came down, result : the front left wheel is totally broken.. planning day 18 -waking up at 8am -i will train for chess 30 mins -i will train for soccer 30 mins -i will get my gym card -i will maintain AK -i will put money on my phone -no cookies or candy -recontact friends and find a girlfriend -work on a very good you tube song -i will go to all classes -i will go to the gym after i get my card -study -soccer practice |

| review day 18 + i woke up at 6.30 am because i had to for school + i trained for chess 30 mins, i could not train for soccer that was impossible + I took all my AK supplements + we have this new subscribtion for our phone, so now we can call as much as we like, awesome + i took all my AK supplements + no cookies or candy ( 13 to go..) + i went to all classes + i studied a bit + soccer practice went awesome again, my extra trainings are really really paying off, wicked feeling + i talked to a very beautifull girl at school, and it went surprisingly well - still no gf - no gym Today was a huge improvement in my self confidence, my twin brother is a really good conversation subject, so now a lot of people ask me : hey is that you're twin brother? with the result that i talk to a lot of people, also pretty girls planning day 19 -waking up at 8am -i will train for chess 30 mins -i will train for soccer 30 mins -i will get my gym card -i will maintain AK -no cookies or candy -recontact friends and find a girlfriend -work on a very good you tube song -i will go to all classes -i will go to the gym after i get my card -study -soccer practice |

| review day 19 (wednesday) + i woke up at 8am + trained for chess + i bought a new gym card for 12 euros and went to the gym for the first time in a long time!! + i took all my supplements + no cookies or candy ( 12 days to burden..) + i made a lot of new friends i am getting more and more in contact with girls, i can just feel that a girlfriend is right at the corner + i went to all classes - no girlfriend - no individual soccer practice Today was a really cool day, i spoke with a lot of people whom i didn't speak last year, including a very pretty girl planning day 20 -waking up at 8am -i will train for chess 30 mins -i will train for soccer 30 mins -i will maintain AK -no cookies or candy -find a girlfriend -work on a very good you tube song -i will go to all classes -i will go to the gym 3 times a week : wednesday, friday and sunday -study -individual soccer practice -go to a college party |

| review day 20 (thursday) + i woke up at 8 am because my brother had class, and then i just tried to get back to sleep for an hour + i trained for chess about 30 mins + i took all my supplements + no cookies or candy 11 days left + i tried uploading my new song, but for some weird reason cyberlink wouldn't let me, but i finished it + i went to all classes + i did a very good training again, conclusion : i'm playing again this weekend - i did not trained for soccer, i need to find a way to implement that in my schedule - no gf - there was a college party, but because of my training i could not go - studying today was impossible i am going to concentrate on time management the upcoming time, i have very full days now ( which i love, that's exactly what i want ), but I've got the feeling i can do even more if i perfectionise my time management. Also i have trying to raise my confidence and stuff the whole summer, but when i have busy days , its like i care about what people think less. I'm too busy thinking about something else. Everythng comes more naturally, also with "the inside " of me full operational due to AK , i feel magnificent. | review day 21 (friday) + i woke up at 8 am because i had class at 9 + i trained 30 mins for chess + i took all my supplements + no cookies or candy (10 days to go) + i have uploaded my new youtube song, its not as good as the last one, but it's quite good i think, if you look from where i started, i have improved a lot + i went to all classes + i went to the gym after class with my brother, even tough it was weekend!! - no gf - no college party - no extra soccer training - no studying The end of the week is always a fun day, i felt awsome today , i can feel my confidence growing. We only had like 15 mins of class today ( yeah i know its ridiculous) but i had to wait till my brother was done, in the meantime i ate, watched youtube , checked steve pavlina, so kinda passive things, after class we went to the gym, and after we were home i made my newest youtube song, took me about 2 hours, it would be awsome if you guys could check it out planning day 22 -waking up at 8am -i will train for chess 30 mins -i will train for soccer 30 mins -i will maintain AK -no cookies or candy -find a girlfriend -work on a very good you tube song -i will go to all classes -i will go to the gym 3 times a week : wednesday, friday and sunday -study -individual soccer practice -go to a college party |

| review day 22 + i trained for chess 30 minutes + i took all my supplements + i have got a tan from from the beautiful weather, i was a lot outside this week, a tan makes you look a bit more confident + no cookies or candy (9 days left ), i definitely think this helped a lot to me feeling so good lately + i actually made my YouTube song today, not yesterday, yesterday i watched some funny videos on the net and stuff, useless but it made me temporarily feel good, not that i need it but just to show that it wasn't completely useless + normally i had to start on the bench, but because a few people were stuck in traffic, i could start, then in the second half i got switched, but someone had an injury , so i could play again, to me that's just a sign the universe is giving me what i want - no gf - no college party - woke up at 9 am , i only went to bed at 1am ad we had game at 2pm so i slept a little bit longer, if its only 9 am its not big deal, still healthy - no extra soccer training - no studying, but i will have to make more time for that in the second week , when things start poppin' It was a very tiring day, playing 90 minutes of soccer in the sun is hard, but i was in super-shape i could literally run for hours, i could not get tired, it was unbelievable, my dad says its because of AK, and i think the same. planning day 23 -waking up at 8am -i will train for chess 30 mins -i will train for soccer 30 mins -i will maintain AK -no cookies or candy -find a girlfriend -work on a very good you tube song -i will go to all classes -i will go to the gym 3 times a week : wednesday, friday and sunday -study -individual soccer practice -go to a college party |

| review day 24 (monday) + i woke up at 7 am + i took all my AK supplements, my dad checked me this weekend, and i need to take a bit less of every supplement, that means that i am improving + no cookies or candy (7 days left ) + i talked to a really pretty girl i like today, that was supercool + i went to all classes + i trained average today, monday is always a big group so it tends to be a bit more "fun" but less focused. - i could not train for chess or soccer, me and my brother we want to train for soccer during the day but it's very hard to blend it into our day. I will try to figure out a way for this. -still no gf but i am improving with the lady's - i did not went to a college party today [I]Today was a really cool day, first of all this day was heavily packed, so i don't have time to think about bad stuff, so automatically i am more optimistic, it also keeps me very active. I also talked to a very pretty lady in class, and remarkably i was very confident. | review day 25 + i woke up at 6 am for school, the waking up at 8 am challenge will be easy for the next few months, because i have 4 days of school starting at 8 am + i took all my supplements + again i talked to another very beautifull girl about horses, because she rides horses, i remembered that you have really have to be intrested in another person so i asked here lots of intresting questions and let her do most of the talking, and looked straight into her eyes. I think she really enjoyed that conversation. + no cookies or candy (6 days left) + i went to all classes, i had to go in front of the class to perform some physiotherapy tests, i was a little bit nervous but i did a really good job looking calm and relaxed, only my legs were shaking a little bit, i hope no one noticed. + i trained quite good again, ever since i made all those healthy changes i think i never had a bad training again, except maybe for the few days i had back pain, which was resolved with AK in 4 days - training for soccer and chess was again impossible due to a lack of time, better time management may be a solution to this problem - still no gf , but improving - no college party - no time to study Again, a full, active, fun, growing day planning day 26 -waking up at 8am -i will train for chess 30 mins -i will train for soccer 30 mins -i will maintain AK -no cookies or candy -find a girlfriend -work on a very good you tube song, i have made 3 better ones, but this one has to be really really good. -i will go to all classes -i will go to the gym 3 times a week : wednesday, friday and sunday -study -go to a college party |

| review day 27 (thursday) + i woke up at 8am because my brother had to go class, and then i laid in bed till 10 am + no cookies or candy ( i seem to have made a mistake somewhere, i started on day 1 so there are only 3 days left in stead of 4 + i went to all classes + i have class together with someone from the year above who had to redo some classes, he is very funny, so i laugh during class a lot, i try to have fun but at the same time pay attention and try to get everything in my brain, but still i have this weird feeling that i'm not doing the right thing,... weird - i forgot my AK for 1 day, not a disaster - i could not train for soccer and chess, nearly impossible - still no gf but socially improving - no college party - no time to study Yesterday my brother had this game at college where they throw food at each other, very fun, i did the same thing in first year, but i had class, but after the game was done they had a barbecue and then there was a party, i met my brother when the barbecue was over and they were just drinking a bit in the cafe, and they told us the party was at 10 pm , after that we went to the gym and we were doubting if we should go or not, because partying in college is just drinking beer , and we play soccer so i don't want to drink beer. Eventually we didn't went. Was this a good decision u think? or not? then there was another party today, and a lot of people form my class went, but we didn't because i told friends of mine ( dorks ) that they couldn't sleep in my dorm room ( they were with a big group with some very annoying people in it ) so i kinda trapped myself so i couldn't go, i regret this... planning day 28 -waking up at 8am -i will train for chess 30 mins -i will train for soccer 30 mins -i will maintain AK -no cookies or candy -find a girlfriend -work on a very good you tube song, i have made 3 better ones, but this one has to be really really good. -i will go to all classes -i will go to the gym 3 times a week : wednesday, friday and sunday -study -go to a college party |

It keeps you organized. I have some notes about certain challenges - i did ate things like ice cream, butter cooks on Sunday, choco paste, so i still took some synthetic sugars here and there, BUT a LOT less than i used to take. Every time after dinner i would take cookies, i have never done that for 30 days, i really noticed the difference in health, i am so glad i did this challenge - i did not woke up at 8 am every single day, but i consider it a success, most of the times i did and the times i woke up at 9 or 10 ( which is still pretty good) i make up with the ones i woke up at 6 or 7, same for soccer and chess - i am very close to being in the starting 11 of the team, at first i was in the starting 11 than i had a back injury that was already gone in 4 days, but that was enough for the trainer to make someone else play there. - the other fails just mean i don't think they are important enough, else i would have succeeded UPCOMING NEW CHALLENGES 1) meet a new person every week, ( i am really looking forward to this one, it just seems fun to me ) 2) my new 30 days challenge will be : 30 days of studying an hour everyday ( more in the weekend of course) i believe this will be very useful and full of growth |
