Default 30 Day Challenge

Hi all, I am a 23 year old psychology student and I want to use the last month of my semester break in a productive way.

I will start in 3 hours with the following challenge:

30 Day Challenge:

Daily:
1. Eat 6 small meals with a total of 2700 calories
2. Do 35 minutes of cardio
3. Don't smoke (and no nicotine patches)
4. Don't drink alcohol
5. Get out of bed before 5:50AM
6. Drink 3-4 liters of water
7. Study 4-8 hours
8. Clean apartment
9. Track progress and plan next day

Weekly:
10. Hit the gym 3 times a week

I probably wonīt have that much fun, but I really need to be more productive

Day 1:

2. Do 35 minutes of cardio.................................done (stationary bike)
3. Don't smoke (and no nicotine patches).............done
4. Don't drink alcohol........................................fai l (2 glasses of red wine)
5. Get out of bed before 5:50AM.........................done
6. Drink 3-4 liters of water................................done
7. Study 4-8 hours...........................................do ne (4 hours)
8. Clean apartment......................................... .done
9. Track progress and plan next day...................done


Wasnīt as difficult as expected, but i couldnīt resist the red wine. Note to myself, donīt go out drinking with friends!

3. Don't smoke (and no nicotine patches)................Done
4. Don't drink alcohol........................................... Done
5. Get out of bed before 5:50AM............................Done
6. Drink 3-4 liters of water...................................Done
7. Study 4-8 hours............................................. ..Fail (0 hours)
8. Clean apartment......................................... .....Fail
9. Track progress and plan next day.......................Done

Extremly tired, had only 4 hours of sleep.

6. Drink 3-4 liters of water.................................Done
7. Study 4-8 hours............................................F ail (0 hours)
8. Clean apartment......................................... ..Fail
9. Track progress and plan next day....................Done

I am modifying my goals as follows:

1. Consume not more than 2700 kcal
5. Get out of bed before 5:30AM
10. Do a full body workout 2 times per week
