Default Excellent technique to get into action

I read steve pavlina's timeboxing article and it makes so much sense. So i devoted yesterday 1 hr to meditation,2 hrs to reading.Although the reading part was a bit difficult i felt real good afterwards

So now everything is getting clear in my head. The reason we never start is because we have a end goal in mind which stresses us out or because we have too high expectations.I can't believe how stressfree this technique is.

Just decide whatever u want to do.How much u want to do.And decide the activity based on your liking first.Exercising may be important, but if it is not important to you do not include it right away.Just small things, not something big.Because little changes are enough.I went through the task yesterday casually because i had no goal in mind, just doodling around, sometimes day dreaming and relaxing and just passed the 2 hrs enjoying.I had nothing specific to do so i did whatever felt right at that moment. It was spontaneous.I felt good afterwards.

And this can be used for any new activity that you have been planning, perhaps learning a foreign language or biking, just make up a speciific time and enjoy.you will not feel any tension because there is now no goal.Just pure enjoyment of 1 hr.And this is right too because you automatically know how much is right for you.So whatever you decide,it must be coming from the subconscious
