Laughter is the key to life. Think about it for a minute. When you laugh uncontrollably, for whatever reason, to the point that it almost takes your breathe away it makes you feel good for awhile. Did you know that laughter is not only a stress reliever, but it is a life saver as well. It has been documented more than once how people have used laughter to overcome life threatening situations, like cancer. It seems when you laugh, your body works at peak performance on the inside. How cool is that? The best news is that there is no side effects from to much laughter. SMILE

I tend to laugh quite a lot and can see the funny side of life.People tell me that if they are feeling down i make them laugh( don't know if thats a compliment lol) and they say i would laugh if my bum was on fire |
