Exclamation BOOT CAMP for Personal Effectiveness

Hi Everyone

I thought I knew one or two things about personal development until I found this forum! How wrong I was. Journaling? Whats that- Some type of track and field event? lol

Anyway, I thought it would be great to hear from you guys on the most effective boot camp initiation techniques to get oneself up to speed on Personal Effectiveness. A kind of basic training if you like.

Now being a rookie and just learning, here are my top 5 which I am going to try and implement into my life.

#1) GTD (Time management & Procrastination)
#2) 30 day trials (Learning new good habits)
#3) Setting active dynamic goals. (Stop driving in the fog)
#4) Journaling (Keeping track of my thoughts)
#5) Physical Fitness (Your health is your wealth)

What about yours and why?

Thanks

The bootcamp concept is a very good idea. I will definitely join you. Let's figure out a way to do this with some concept of time though, since listing goals without a deadline means that they don't amount to that much. We can also use this to make each other accountable for what we want ourselves to do.

Well I wasnt exactly acting as a recruiting sargeant! Boot camp, is just a metaphor, lol.

I was interested, as a novice in personal effectiveness techniques, what others thought the 5 top strategies were to get going in the right direction.

Go on , share em' with us!
