 |  Free hypnosis/motivational mp3s?
Dudes, I'm doing a trial of overdosing on motivational audios. Several hours per day in fact. So far it's interesting, definitely a different flavour to things but we'll see how it goes. Alas, I don't have many audio programs and can't afford to buy more. I'm going to look around second hand and charity shops (awesome places for CDs now that everyone is downloading). But also, do you know any places where I can get decent, free mp3s? Building on what ALG said, check out SHARM - Self-Hypnosis and Relaxation Machine. Not free but very awesome if you use self-hpynosis often.

I think most of the "free" mp3's that one website gives are nothing but a sales pitch to one of their products. So its nearly impossible to get free good quality audio books other than the websites you already know. However, I know of one website that provides free books which I use it often.
