Default I Have ADHD - books/apps? beating procrastination & learning time management

Hello everyone. I just recently joined the forum.

I am looking for ways to overcome procrastination and learn time management. I'm on medication for ADHD (Inattentive type) & social anxiety which is helping a lot.

Now that most of my ADHD/Anxiety is under control I can choose what to focus on and choose what to do with my time. Being interested in a million different topics and wanting to surf the web all day kills my productivity. (i have to be on a computer for most of my projects/tasks)

I end up putting off projects because I'm interested in something else. Being on medication I can focus on anything...the problem is learning self discipline and choosing what to focus on.

How can I learn how to beat procrastination and set/follow priorities?

Are there any good books on this? I've heard a lot about GTD but for some reason am kinda put off to it. If it's really as good as I've heard than maybe I should look into it anyway.

I do have "Eat that Frog" by Brian Tracey. Useful tips, but not in depth. I'd like to either form or follow a system.

The most important thing I'd like to find out is what kind of good "productivity apps" are out there for mac. I've tried a couple free ones but wasn't impressed. One I do like is iProcrastinate (which is for school work) but I'm looking for something more in-depth with other features thats could help with staying on task.

What kind of apps do some of you use? (that have mac versions)
