Default other hobbies besides working out?

Hey. I recently learned to enjoy working out. Been doing it for the past 4 months.

But, it seems that I get bored constantly, and when im not working out I am idling on the computer doing nothing.

Are there any interesting hobbies with extrinsic benefits that are as fun as working out? or am i doomed?

Where to start?

Creative endeavors (art, dance, writing, playing an instrument, etc.), a sport of any kind, chess, volunteering, learning a new language, cooking, learning how to build a business, learning computer/web skills, photography, film, theater, and so on and so forth.

There's a bazillion. I'd recommend you go out there and just dive in to all sorts of things you think may suit you.

Gosh - this is what i do...

Writing (for fun and for a job), emailing my friends and family, kitting, sewing, crocheting, baking cakes, cooking, learning about new things, reading, hanging out with friends and family.

there are spo many things you could be doing. if you are just sitting att he computer all day you are selling yourself short. Aklthough using the computer to find out more b aout the possibilities is a good thing.

Working out can get you started in perhaps some types of sports, both individual and team oriented.
