Can't wait to see that website. One night back when I was working in a burger shop a young guy came in with an accordion and was playing, amongst other tunes, the Mario Bros. theme. lol

Okay my turn.

1. Build more muscle, reduce my mid section.
2. Learn more about business and finance.
3. Watch Citizen Kane, read The Catcher in the Rye. I think it's about time that I saw/read these two masterpieces, seeing as I have never done so before.
4. Keep things tidier (getting better).
5. Relax more. Doing pretty well in this department at the moment, but can always build on perfection.

Good schedule! By 13:00 you finished everything, and you have whole day ahead you!
Do you have problems getting up that early?

Yeah, I was thinking the same! I tried a similar routine for 3 weeks but it was just too much for me tbh. I really didn't enjoy it at all. Now I get up at roughly 6AM daily (7AM if I get home after 1AM) and that works just fine.

The only time my routine goes off a bit is if I do a really intense work out which prevents me from falling asleep (does anyone else ever get that?!)

'News til 9AM' - this is something that I NEVER do - I hate the media with a passion, it's all just spin, BS and profiteering. I never watch it, the way I see it, if something important happens that I need to know about - I'll find out about it in no time at all from some old lady on the tube, etc! "oh young man, did you hear about the terrorists?" - I heard the same story a dozen times in the space of a few hours, everyone was talking about it everywhere I went...

I always watch or listen to a personal development program whilst eating or doing any mundane tasks around my apartment (that would be more effort to outsource than to do myself of course)

Yes i used to have problems. I found the old saying completely true and works for me - Early to bed, early to rise. I realised that it is easier to self-discipline me to get on bed by 10PM than to get up at 5AM, so i really plan and concentrate on sleeping at 10PM rather than waking at 5AM which comes automatic. Earlier i tried an approach of 7 hrs sleep irrespective of bed time. It worked to accomplish the goals and you can try it if your bed time is irregular. Just onset the to-do list accordingly but 1 disadvantage can be you may never feel the same thrust as much as my current scheme.

My present approach is more productive. Knowing that my day ends at 10PM, i make many intelligent decisions, which i never made earlier because i always had the luxury of stretching it beyond 12 then suffer the next day even if i wake at 5. Also i have a job now (1pm-9pm) so this approach is better. Actually, getting to sleep earlier made few of my friends and my family to adapt as well, they are aware of my time sense and wouldnt dare to waste or pull me into needless things. My family wakes earlier now to enjoy my company as well.

Regarding the news reading, it is good to know the stories to an extend, you can use it to your advantage. And i never over do PD audios, there is much to observe from world to learn and too much PD takes the fun part of living. What use if i cannt entertain my friends and family with my art or music or bit of news or sports and i only keep working on it day in day out? Dining time is family time

I like your belief system

I'm in a smiliar mindset, except that my goal is to get all my PD nailed first, then to go down your route... but it get's to a point where you say: where does it end? I've been studying for over 7 years solid now with no end in sight. But it's a choice that I've made and I intend to commit to it until I feel that I've achieved all that I want to. I'd never watch the news though, NEVER. I think it's 1 of the biggest tradgedies of our civilisation, brainwashing twice a day to keep people negative and in the mindset that the world is a bad place, and you need to watch your back as someone might attack and mug you or murder you! I heard last week from 1 of my clinets that some UK woman had her head chopped off in Spain, (or somewhere like that) in the middle of a supermarket... I mean WTF? I don't want to hear about this sort of stuff... that's just nasty and it played on my mind all day.

I honestly don't believe that the world is a messed up place or that people are inherently bad, I think events like this are rare but because the media broadcast these rare events all day every day, it makes people think that this is the norm!
