 |  Software to customize pop-up messages? (eg goals, affirmations, etc)
Hi, I want to use "auto-suggestion" to saturate my subconscious with my goals and purposes etc. (Some people do vision boards, some people do meditate on an affirmation, some people put a message on their door so they see it every day, etc etc). Just wondering, is there a computer program that allows this sort of thing? I.e. it'd be great to be able to have a program rotate through various pop-up messages that you've customized yourself. Get what i mean? For example, while you're using the computer, doing whatever it is you do, every x minutes a (non-invasive) message will pop-up in the corner of your computer screen that says your main objective in life. You read it, then it disappears, then x minutes later, some other message you customised yourself pops up. I use the computer a lot so it would be perfect. I haven't tried it myself, but you could take a look at https://www.stillnessbuddy.com/, which gives you regular pop-ups with customisable messages for mindfulness purposes. If you're interested in use of affirmations, you might also find Illuminatus's recent thread interesting. |

Probably lower-level than you need, but try Auto Hot Key. AutoHotkey - Free Mouse and Keyboard Macro Program with Hotkeys and AutoText I do believe there's capability there for timed events. |

Thanks for the replies guys! @Velorien. Thanks! I might let that one slide though due to the cost. Would prefer something free.  @Vince. Nothing is too low-level if it does the job! I downloaded this program, as it seems to provide what i want, hwoever i can't figure out how the hell to use it? Do you have any experience with this program?? |

Well, I recommend buying this software. Its cheap and at the same time small for the features it has. ThinkRightNow! |
