I decided to share my art on this forum. I debated on which thread to do it on, but one priority is to establish sketching and sharing my art as a long-term habit... the other is to eventually figure out ways to encourage other people to raise their consciousness through art and inspire them through art. | My Life Purpose I wanted to write a new thread to share this, but I will keep it in here since it will eventually relate to my skills and goals as a visual artist. I set aside 20 minutes to do the exercise in Steve's "Discover your Life Purpose" entry... it took 24 minutes; I slightly came to tears on the 10th line; on the 18th line I instantly went from contemplative to crying and gaining my bearing. The lines read... 10. My true purpose in life is to inspire love, peace, and progress. 18. My true purpose in life is to resonate in love and peace, to shine brightly into the lives of others and to serve the greater good of all. To inspire love, peace and progress I have to align with them and continue to resonate with them. Love encapsulates compassion and understanding, peace encapsulates freedom and clarity, and progress encapsulates growth that is creative and positive. To serve the greater good of all feels a bit ambiguous. I feel a definite purpose to be in service to humanity, though. It is harder to objectify serving the greater good, except as a sum of inspiring others to live with love, peace, and an interest in personal growth... but it seems it might be something independent of that. I will continue with the meaning of life series by Steve, I'm sure it will help, feedback is welcome! I am excited I devoted to doing this, it makes everything much more clear. Oooh, that is awesome!  I love the flow of your lines, it looks so natural. You surely have a talent. Keep in mind that freelancing needs to run like hell, a lot of socializing, and a lot of work (as I've heard from other artists. I draw nice myself-diffrent style from yours, and I think I like yours better!-but I'm not sure I have the balls to do it professionaly  ).
