Thumbs up Goal Setting By Not Eating

I have a friend who writes down his goals every day.

His motivation? In his words, "When I wake up, I don't eat anything until I've written down 3 goals I want to accomplish that day."

Why this works? It's real easy motivate yourself to write down 3 goals when you're starving for food.

Nice! I think the same would work for motivation for exercise.

I'll try this. It seems the older ideas of this forum are really interesting.
