Hi For the past year I've been messing up my life a bit. I suffered pretty hard from breaking up with the woman I loved and since then my college motivation has gone down hill (as have my grades), I've been binge drinking pretty much every weekend and I've hurt a few people because I let them down.. The only real positive side is that I've since been working out a lot and sports really help to make me feel good. But I'm tired of where I'm heading, I'm almost 21 and I want to take my life into my hands and make something of it. I want to quit drinking, get my degree and finally be ready for a new woman in my life. - And I know what needs to be done to make it happen. I've done it before (such as quitting drinking for 2 months) but I want to make it permanently. I'm tired of doing excellent, and then always reaching a certain point that kicks me back. So I'm looking for some tips, help, information - anything you use to follow your goals and stick to them. Thanks in advance! |

Darks, you know the worth thing that I found that the hell has been changing your life permanently is actually rewinding your brain that non-conscious level so that you will find yourself living a life you wanna live without having to think about it. You should want and like this change you are doing. If you force yourself,it wont help. Think of your past and learn your lessons,then let your past go. Move on. Think of your new goal and ways to reach it.
