Hello. I have written a "rule of life" with the intention of living more productively and making more time for things that matter to me. I have written this elsewhere, but here is a brief summary of the new regimen: Program - morning prayer - Mass if possible - complete coursework daily - use moderation in eating, drinking, recreation - spend time profitably and in the serve of others - say the rosary - read the Scriptures - make time to talk with God - end the day with an examination of conscience - get adequate rest - observe Fridays and Sundays |
