Default What constitutes a good day/week/month/year for you?

What criteria would you use at the end of the day or week or month to decide whether it was a good day or a bad day for you?

If I'm still alive, it was a good day!

Note that I'm actually very serious here-I used to be attached to events and my productivity and blah blah blah...so I would have many bad days.

Then I realized this was pointless. So I consciously worked on changing my definition of a good day to one where I survived. This took some work, but was absolutely worth it-I'm much happier now that I know that I succeed every day.

My results in areas like business and relationships have also improved-since I don't attach so much meaning to success, I don't worry about succeeding, and I'm free to focus on actually improving my situation!
