What's your greatest strength, and how did you develop it? If you're in the top 10% at something, how did you get there-what separated you from everyone else? How have you applied the principles used to develop your greatest strength to other parts of your life? |

Ask me once a day for 10 days and I'll give you 10 different answers I can change in an instant, which I do find puts people around me off balance a little. I can be cold and harsh one minute and sweet and cuddly the next. Ruthless or completely selfless. I'm not at all stubborn though, which probably helps. I think a great way to have this (or any) ability is to realise it and work on it from time to time. That way experience can actually count for something. |
