I am not in sales but this month is Success magazine's selling issue and it is full of good articles on that topic plus includes a cd of interviews on the same topic.

Jeffrey Gitomer has many great books on selling and marketing. Start here...

Amazon.com: Little Red Book of Selling: 12.5 Principles of Sales Greatness (9781885167606): Jeffrey Gitomer: Books

Best book on marketing/selling I have read.
