| Hello Folks, I was on my track for personal development atleast for one week - but now I have again lost my track again. I don't feel good now. How do I get back to my track? I am lost! Thanks, Haris |

| Hi Harris, Am I detecting an "all or nothing" attitude? For example, you've skipped a work-out and feel that you've blown the whole programme? Relax, there is no such thing as perfection. Have an honest look at your plan and see if it was realistic. Steve wrote an article about creating plans that would only work if executed by a robot! The only failure is if you stop now and don't pick it up again. The fact that you have gone 'off-track' is merely feedback. When I get a client that is a perfectionist and over-achieving I ask them scrub everything off their mental list and pick just one thing that they must do - anything on top of it is a bonus. Hope that helps

| Harris, we'll definitely help you along. Why don't you give us an idea of the goal you're trying to achieve. Maybe we can help you with some specific tips.

| Perfect isn't possible. Trust me, I've been trying for it for decades. Seriously, don't be so hard on yourself. Everybody loses track. What's important is that you get back on it as soon as you realize (not Sunday because it's the beginning of the week, or tomorrow because it's a new day---as soon as you realize). |
