| What goal do you find the most difficutlt to achieve? Are there any goals that you once found really hard to achieve, but now you have overcome them? If so, how did you do so?

| It is interesting that I find this thread right now, because just a couple of nights ago I came to a realization. First I will tell you, the toughest goal for me is losing inches on my body. Now, I am not out of shape, I am not fat. I am slim, not stick skinny. I am average. For years, well, at least 5, I have been wanting desperately to make my stomach flat and my thighs skinny. Again, these are not parts of my body that anyone would go eww. They are a little flabby, but I am a woman. I make sure that my stomach doesn't go over the 35 inches which is considered a danger zone. And I think I have actually managed to get down to 31 inches. Yay, me. My realization. I cannot wear size 8 pants. I am 4'11. So I am short along with not being stick thin. If I were taller size 8 might be fine. I bought size 8 pants, which are just a tad too tight, vowing that I would fit into them properly. Months later and to my happiness, I have finally accepted the fact that this is my body. I will not stop working out. I will continue to eat well. But I am not a size 8, even though I am 4'11 and 110 pounds. So, in the coming days I am going out to buy new pants, ones that fit me well. Proud?

| I hate to wait. Consequently, I have a tendency to work on something and then give up before results have a chance of showing up. Now I have moved from constipatience to anticipatience. Heather Flanagan Catalytic Converter Visualize Possibilities |
