Default Move out and move on?

Hi all,

I still live at home with mom and grandmother.

On the one hand, this is a perfect location with many shops, stores, near metro with shuttle bus for the winter.

There is an indoor pool, gym, and sauna.

There's a small room with a red light.

I like to go to the sauna, turn in up, undrape, and do meditation and journaling. I also like to meditate/journal in the red room.

On the other hand, my grandmother gets on my nerves. She has a loud old lady voice and makes odd requests. She just shouted my name for seemingly no reason while I'm trying to focus.

If you like the place you can always move out somewhere close, how old are you?

Here's two decision making methods that I like.

Ask God:
Can I?
May I?
Should I?
Note your very first response to each question.
If one answer is no, then no.
Or go for two out of three.

Imagine you're a very old on your death bed.
Which would you regret more, moving or staying?

I think you left out some important details here. How old are you? What are your goals? What are the circumstances behind you living at home? Nobody can read your list of pros and cons and tell you one way or the other to move out or not. I know that would make it easier for you but it has to be completely your decision. If your current goals are only to go to the sauna, than you are meeting your goals. If you have higher aspirations to further your independence, moving out might make a bit more sense if it was me.
