Default How do you balance your life?

how much do you work?
what do you do for social?
what time do you have for your gf/wife?
if your single what time do you give and what do you do to meet women?
what time to you give to your hobbies?

which areas of your life would you say you are successful in?

It sounds like you're trying to divide up your life into different compartments, which I've heard is the wrong approach. This may help.

You've also asked about relationships, hobbies, and socializing. What are your goals for these?

Creating, traveling and securing financial abundance. I'm currently focused on improving the quantity and quality of relationships in my life.

1. I'm a freelancer so work can range a lot. 25-55 hours a week depending how much I have on, but it tends to be 40+ hours. I have a lot of flexibility to work when suits me, which is great.

I give myself about a 8/10 for work right now. I'm well paid, enjoy my work and really like the people I work with. I can pick and choose projects. However I would prefer to work a little less and upgrade my earnings a little more so I can give more time to personal pursuits, and raising a family when it comes to that. Creating a passive income stream would probably be my best choice.

2. I prefer to stay in and pursue personal interests (reading, music, film, cooking, etc) than go out, so social time isn't much of a priority for me. I have a lot of friends, so I tend not to see them all very regularly. For my 8-10 closest friends, I might see each two or three times a month, and other friends once every few months. But we have solid friendships, so that's enough. My work offers me a lot of social functions to go to, and they can be fun if I feel like going out. Also it's free entertainment, food and wine, and I can see a lot of people I know at one time and place. I give myself a 8/10 for social. Sometimes I feel like my social life takes up more time than I want it to, because I feel like I'm letting people down if I don't see them as often as they want to see me. But I don't really want to prioritise more social time either.

3. I have a partner. We're planning to move in together in the next few months because we spend pretty much every night together, and we have the same goals for our future together. I give myself a 10/10 for relationship. Could not be happier.

4. N/A

5. I give quite a bit of my spare time to non-work interests but still often don't feel I have enough time to do everything I want to. I'm trying to increase the amount of time I devote to exercise, and to balance the remainder of my time more effectively. My biggest problem is that I want to do so much! I'd give this a 6/10.

I think I am very successful, in the sense that I am very happy and I feel my life is pretty well-balanced. There's a bit of room for improvement/change but it might be a bit demotivational if everything was perfect, no?

awesome im reading the article now...

"Then you change careers to do what you love, and it aligns with your spiritual beliefs because now you feel you’re contributing and serving. Then out of nowhere, you meet your future spouse, who is attracted to your passion about your work and the contribution you’re making. And the encouragement you experience from this relationship in turn helps you advance your career, increase your income, and free up more time to spend with your new spouse. Your stress goes down, and your health improves too. Your inner spiritual conflict was the real source of your inability to find the right relationship. Everything is deeply interconnected."

it sounds so true.
am still reading but a thought. I have not been able to do this so far.
I was working at a boring job, doing my hobby in the evenings but had no women around me and it brought me down.

now I am doing a job I prefer although need to get more clients to earn more, I am not doing what I love or have any women around me and have been feeling ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

so I guess my solution is do what I love, try and start earning money from it too and get women around me.

still reading the article but am thinking how do I achieve this oneness
