There are two things I am trying to do: 1. Set a 9am wakeup time. This INCLUDES weekend days when I've gone out the night before... I'll just take a nap later in the day to compensate. This should also be good motivation to drink in such a way as to avoid getting hungover. (This kind of worries me for the summer when I'll be sleeping over with friends often. I don't want to wake up HOURS before them.) 2. Keep a "productivity journal" that I write in every night. I'll write down major thoughts about my life that I'm having, what I accomplished that day, and what I'm hoping to accomplish the next day. My hope is that forcing myself to evaluate my life like this will be enough to make me realize and correct for the major productivity problems in my life and keep better track of how effective I'm being. |
