Default Questions

If you are young and broke, should you focus on making money or skill-building? What if money would greatly affect the skill-building? What if you don't see a way for skills you want to learn to make any money?

What do you do when you can't seem to maintain a focus? One day, you feel deadset on doing one thing. A week later, you've rethought it and changed your mind, only to change your mind yet again a few days later.

You should focus on developing yourself first and the rest will take care of itself. Money is but a tool to be used by those who know how. Learn to envision your ultimate goals and build your confidence. Always remember that the internal creates the external.

I agree.

You're young, so don't stress about the long term goal of being financially free too much right now.

Ultimately you'll be financially free by being very good at something. An employer or customers will pay you to be good at that thing or you'll create products around it.

So relax, try and find what you LOVE and what you are GOOD at and things will evolve from there.

And trust me, from someone who at one point was earning big money for a corporate company but hated life and now is earning 1/4 and is LOVING life, JUST money won't make you happy. So don't purely focus on cash, focus on living life and getting good at something and things will work themselves out from there and at that point once you get some traction on receiving money you can get a little focused on acquiring more.
