Default Studying habbits and weight loose and time managment! - Help me :(

Hello!
This is my second post, my first post was conserning some of the questions i had, and a mamber called TaughtAddict really gave me a good answer, i cant find the old thread i opened, so i am thanking him here!
So after i did some deep thinking about my problems i saw what i really wanted to change.
So the first goal i would like to accomplish is that i would have really good study habbits so i could finish my university and know a lot about IT and tehnology and eventualy also get a job in computers/IT which really interest me. So i was thinking how to start, i really have bad studying habbits, it is not that i dont have interest or motivation but i procrastinate a lot, and do everything juste before the deadline. I am interasted how could i get good stuy habbits?
The second thing that bothers me is my weight, so i signed up for Karate classes (starting next week) to get in shape, i will also watch my food. Any tips would be appriciated, sometimes i cant fight cravings.
And the third thing is time managment, i really have bad time managment, as i sad i am quite lazy and tend to procrastinate. Time managment is also connected with my working habbits and the fact that i am overweight. It is also hard for me to go out with firends, since i am always busy - bad time managment again! So how can i chang that?

Thank you for your answers and please help me!

p.s. I have quit a lot of study material pilled up since i havent studyied since the beginning of october when my University started.

Embrace what your joy brings to you every moment.

Examine if you have something you need to do only because you think you need to do it rather than because it really needs to be done. We, humans, like to convince ourselves to do things that we don't need to do. Our justifications make us think that we need to do them. And then, we feel overwhelmed!

If we trust our feeling at every moment, then our joy will tell us what really needs to be done without fail all the time.

Nature does not plan for the sky to rain on Monday nor for the oceans to rise its level on Saturday; it just allows every beings to do what it wants to do, and everything is accomplished.

Have you tried affirmations. Here's some you could maybe try . . .
"It's amazing how well I study and manage my time"
"I always get my work done long before the deadline"
"I feel great when I accomplish my goals and study hard"
"I study so much sometimes I think I know more than my teachers"

If these work, cool, if not, think of one that does and say it over and over to yourself for a few weeks.

The key to affirmations is that you state what you want as though it already exists. After about three weeks of saying it, and believing it, it becomes part of your subconscious and will become more natural to you. Right now, you know what you need to do, but your subconscious says you procrastinate, it's not like you to get things done early or study well, or lose weight, or whatever. Write that kind of language out of your consciousness.

Karate is a great way to exercise, I think. If you have a good teacher, you will find it also exercises your self-control, your mindfulness, your compassion, and more. All of which are used in cultivating inner peace and contentment.

Have Fun!

I'll just take a look at the procrastination / good study habits part.

Have you got specific about exactly what 'good study habits' look like? Does it mean 1 hour every weekday with 3 hours each day of the weekend? How much study is good study?

When you have only a vague idea of what you want it is very hard to act. Eg. I want to have good study habits, so how much should I study?... I don't know, that depends on what good means. Is it good efficient, good hours, good grades?

Once you know what the goal looks like. Then you can specify what actions you will take each day.

Then when you try to take actions you will either act OR you will feel a resistance to do it.

When you feel a resistance (mentally and/or emotionally) this is the very thing that stops you adopting those habits. It is the resistance that keeps you doing your old habits of not studying. Change how you act when you meet this resistance and you will change your lifestyle.

You can remember why you want your goals, build other motivations or ask yourself questions that change what you are focusing on in your mind.

Start by paying to attention to 'how' you do procrastination when you are about to act and then change that strategy.
