Default Hypnosis MP3s?

Hey guys.

Has anyone used any hypnosis mp3s for changing habits or subconscious beliefs? Does anyone have good recommendations?

Thanks.

Hello,

Be nice I'm a new member Ha! Anyways - I've been partaking in Glenn Harrold's tapes for a few weeks now. And I've gotta say, it's doing something.

His Cd's range from loosing weight to improving your memory, by using the subconscious mind.

You can find a link here to Amazon - Amazon.co.uk: glenn harrold

Other alternatives - Paul Mckenna

Hope this helps,

Reader.

I used to listen to some hypnosis mp3's a while ago and the resource I find to be best is this:
Hypnosis Downloads.com | Online Self Hypnosis MP3 & Hypnotherapy Scripts Center

That website has a huge collection of mp3's for nearly all the problems you may have.

I'm just about to try two from the website machoman mentioned. They definitely do have a large range. It's just too bad the price builds up real fast if you want to add a few, but at least there's a 90-day guarantee on there, so I'm going to give two a go.

Overcome Self Consciousness + Stop Comparing Yourself to Others

If they work, I will absolutely notice it.

If you don't have enoough money at the time you could start by recording your own mp3 files. Audacity is a free audio editor, which I recommend.

Listen to your recordings while closing your eyes. Allow yourself to go into the relaxation phase just before sleep. Then you should be ready for suggestions.

I kinda wish I recorded my own. I have all the recording equipment as I'd produce and record music with it all.

I bought the two mp3s and, personally, I had a really difficult time getting into them. I was listening to the man talking and my mind kept jumping in, preaching about how this man was going on and on and on and it was getting on my nerves.

I don't know, I just couldn't get my mind into it and then I got more frustrated because I immediately thought about money being wasted. That's not to say that I don't suggest anybody should try these mp3s. I do plan to listen again, hopefully with a better state of mind for it.

First master the self-hypnosis technique then try anything else.
I used Igor Ledóchowski...(great master)

Why buy one when you can make your own?

The same thing happened to me the first time I listened to them. I just couldn't get over his voice and accent..

The reason he goes on and on in the beginning is to get you to get used to his voice and slowly relax, so that when you think the real hypnosis starts, it already is working.

What you can do, and what I do to keep my mind occupied so it can relax is to picture something visual in my mind that stays the same. If you keep changing it your mind isn't relaxed, but if you keep it the same your mind can relax into it.

I have to do this, to shut up my mind chatter. Otherwise I'll keep thinking on other things all the time.

Give it a try and see what happens!

I like Kelly Howell's Brainsync material. Don't expect to register subconscious progress unless you're introspective enough to truly get in touch with that side of yourself, though.
