1. Gain about 1kg of muscle. 2. Spend maximum three hours on the PC (not including work that I get paid for) per day. 3. Meditate, use affirmations for my bad beliefs and write down my goals at least five times per week. 4. Spend at least one hour daily with my girlfriend doing something. 5. Work out six times per week. 6. Learn something about fitness at least five days a week. 7. Give fitness advice to someone at least five times per week (I've found a client that I help to achieve her fitness goals). 8. Find one fitness oriented friend. |

| The time I spend at the computer is when she's at work and by one hour I mean very quality time and doing something special, not something like watching TV or walking. Something different and unique. But you are absolutely right and I like that you brought this up. I had been pretty unbalanced for a while, work and success was all I had in mind but I'm learning to be more patient and enjoy fun time as much as work time so I need to remind myself that I spend at least one hour (this is an absolute minimum) daily doing something great with her. |

BTW, don't want to take the thread off topic, but how do you know if you gained one kilo of muscle (as opposed to just mixed/normal body weight)? | |

Goal # 4 is complete. I am using the new computer right now. I had to replace the mother board, it was after the 30 day warrenty was up. So on this new computer I have bought a bad mother board, and bad power supply, go figure. My new graphics card rocks, and with 1.5 terabyte of hard drive I have plenty of space for storage. I may network one of the other computers to this one, but not sure yet. Now I actually feel I have the computer I need to proceed with the new website. Hopefully that will start this month as planned.

| Well I started goal #1 strong did 5 days raw, but then life got busier, and it got harder, so I failed that goal. I did how ever eat much healthier in October, because of that goal, and I suppose that is a success. #2 wasn't started officially, but I did get more ideas for it on paper, and really figured out what it will be like, so again not exactly completing the goal, however I made pregress towards it, and so that is good. #3 was a success. I smoked no marijuana since October 1st. I like marijuana so the goal was not to quit for good, but rather get rid of the habit, so that I won't smoke it everyday anymore. #4 was completed, I am on the new computer now. #5 is better than the goal was because I don't work any Mondays anymore. I didn't get everything perfect in October, but I completed 3 goals, and took steps in the right direction for the other 2. October I will count as positive.

| One of my weak areas is that I receive money from the universe, but I spend it rather than save some of it to have reserves to cover emergencies. That's my goal - become a saver, not a miser but to provide for myself in times of need. |
