I've always wanted to wake up early on a daily basis because on the days that I've managed to wake up before 8:00, it has felt great. I get so much accomplished before the day of society even begins with its stress and worry. I've also been listening to my body more than my mind these past 2 weeks and I've realized that everything in nature has a rhythm, day and night, 1 and 0, positive and negative. And since the body is natural it only makes sense to restore its natural rhythm, to be in resonance with the cosmic dance, in order to unleash its full potential. I wanted to begin the thread for October in order to encourage Hulbert Lee & Infinite, as well as others, to continue for at least another 21 days. It would be of great value if you post goals, reasons, tips for doing this. I also will write about my experience as well as the different effects this exercise has on my life. A quote: Quote:

My goal in this month is to restore the natural rhythm of my body by waking up with the sun. Waking up early in the early morning and spending quiet time with myself lets me distinguish between society and myself, my needs an intentions vs. those of society's. By beginning my day in full awareness I continue through the day with full awareness. Simple |

Day 2 5:41 AM PDT Good morning. Note: This is not recorded in consecutive days, but rather how many days I wake up between 4 AM to 6 AM in the month of October. Side note: Thank you Maxhkristov for your spirit and keeping this early riser thread tradition alive. |

Saturday night I was at a friends birthday party so I didn't sleep. Today and the day before I've been sick so I woke up at 9:00 both days. Headed off to the gym to get rid of the last blockages in my body. |
