Artisia is a country that is supposed to facilitate flow, as well as use the Vitality of Man to its greatest potential. The Vitality of Man is man's necessity to explore and create. It states that as human beings, the only significant things we can do are explore and create. Explicitly, it states that human beings don't have to choose a purpose, and don't need to choose "good" or "evil," because these concepts don't exist. Anything that is found or created is good (or neutral, if you prefer). It doesn't have to be a country, just a small community based on these ideas. So long as flow and Vitality of Man are upheld, it'll be good enough for me. We started a discussion on Google Wave, so if you have a Gmail account (or will get one), just send me an email so I can invite you to the conversation. /<3 |

I declare war.* As Godking and Ultrapriest of the glorious Nation of Kneejerkia, I am opposed to nothing else so much as exploration and creation. Everything you're considering doing is obviously evil because I just might disagree with it. A small community is a community too many. This dissidence can not stand. DOWN WITH ARTISIA! KNEEJERKIA FOREVER! Curfew! Soviet Russia! Indulgences! Waterboarding! Gulags! Inquisition! Apartheid! Separate but equal! Big Brother! Bread and circuses! Reefer madness! Welcome to the machine! I dreampt that man was I! Let them eat cake! Ghettos! Book burning... Okay, I'm out of generic oppressive buzzwords for now but I will return. With a thesaurus. I'm not one to double-post. But since I promised some inane rambling, here's what my computer's awful dictation software interpreted the Pledge of Allegiance as, Quote:
EDIT: I just remembered, it's so long because I was futilely repeating myself trying to get it to write the correct words. Last edited by Person Isac; 10-10-2010 at 02:01 PM. | |
