 Mercola Insight & Focus Hi, So, I got the Mercola cd's about 2 weeks ago. For the past 11 days, I have been following the system as they recommend it. I am in the midst of opening 2 companies, 16 hours days are not a rarity in my life right now. Although, my partners know that I HAVE 20 minutes set aside each day for meditation. The cd's have a noticeable affect on my mood, i notice that I am not tired or grouchy when I wake up from a short night and I am able to stay positive no matter what comes up throughout the day. I believe this is the result of using these cds. I did order the HoloSync demo cd which actually got me looking for an less expensive alternative. Thats when I found the mercola cd's.
