Default Mental Fatigue

As a person living in a competitive city, I used to think I should keep myself as productive as possible. When I can't be productive some time, I would feel a bit guility. Nevertheless, I have recently realized that when I am not productive it is possibly a sign of mental fatigue. Wonder if anyone has the same experience as me and share how I should systematically manage my work-rest cycle.

Thanks!

I know how you feel. It's important to take a break - at least one stint of 2 weeks in a year to really feel re-energised

Time management can also play a huge role in productivity. It can be mentally exhausting when we have large workloads and we move from one task to another and back again. I suggest a time management course or google some tips. Discipline is key here

Hope that helps

Thanks socio,

I find that depends on the nature of job. For mentally demanding jobs, it is much more easy to feel exhausted.

cheers,
