Default tension on forehead area

Hello,

I was doing a relaxation self-hypnosis and was relaxing every part of my body. I can feel some very mild tension melting away from my thighs and toes as I mentally scan through my body from top to bottom. But theres this little tingling tension circulating around my forehead area that didn't go away. When I'm done with the self hypnosis and are fully alert, that tension on my forehead is gone, but every time I try to relax my face during a relaxation session, it's there circulating on my forehead area again. Does anyone here had that experience before? Any suggestions how to let go of that tingling tension circulating around my forehead? Thanks
