Default What is the Definition of a Loser

A loser is someone who spends 15 hours a day, 6 days a week cutting onions. This is what Chef Ramsey did. Now he has his own TV shows, owns many top restaurants and is known as the top chef in the Western World.

LOL - he has been known to exaggerate in the past, like claiming to have played professional soccer in Rangers first team when there is no record of this.

I love him, but I take a lot of what he says with a pinch of salt, like last nights claim he knows more about food than anybody else in the world. Of course you do Gordan, and you know this how exactly?

Anyway, that's an aside, because I wanted to really say I think the definition of a loser is somebody that thinks somebody else is a loser

To me a loser is someone who isnt where they are at in their life, so they try to bring other people down who are going somewhere with their life and doing things that they wished that they were doing....

To overcome that loser mentality I suggest that the person go to the other person and ask them how they can become like them and learn what it takes and not criticize them...

Being a loser is in the eye of the beholder. And if the beholder retracts his consent to believe in winning and losing at life to begin with, then loserdom loses its reality, no?

Still, I like the quote ginkgo. I think I take your meaning.

It seems like you have answered your own question. But are you sure this isn't exaggerated? I have a hard time imagining someone standing in front of a counter doing nothing by cutting onions for 15 hours.
