Sitting on my ass all day was the main problem. Started working out and started taking some vitamins like Ceoarob says.

Reading the manual is also very important. When you know what everything means and how it all works and ties together, you can concentrate on the exercises and not worry about other things.

Yeah...

I had to get to Lesson 16...and I re-read the book and I was like, "Oh..." because I had been doing alot of things in-efficiently.

But, if you actually FOLLOW DIRECTIONS and focus on SPEED at first and not so much "accuracy", then you will go far.

Did you perform each of the exercises until you achieved 100% accuracy?

Yes.

Unless it said "do not repeat exercise/just do it once".

------------

You could just be super depressed which means that your brain isn't thinking very clearly and you might not memorize very well.

Default Pmemory techniques still don't work

I stand by what I said earlier the pmemory techniques don't work for me. I can't say that there aren't some people for whom they work, but I am not one of them.

I tried a few! My favorite is Brian Tracy's Rapid Learning! Very practical! I also learned a lot from the Zoxpro course (although i did not achieve the results from some of their advertisements its still worth the money. )
