I've noticed that I commit a lot of error per minute that I am awake. Like while typing, I regularly press backspace, or while walking, I regularly hit inanimate objects (clumsiness?). I am going to try a 30 day trial to count my errors and be more conscious and less error prone during routine tasks. I'll try to update people on my progress. Hopefully I can keep up my resolve and learn something.

What she said. Whether you believe in LOA or not, focusing on making mistakes doesn't make you make less mistakes. Focus on competence or try skill building. Or maybe just pay attention to where you are walking. But focusing on your mistakes is just going to magnify them.

hahaha Dani, interesting point. I also agree with Angela's advice btw: focus on clarity. If you do the best you can do why fuss over details like the occasional boo-boo? If you want to change some automatic habits, fine, because they seem to annoy you. Let us know how you get on, especially with Dani's tip

Wow, I just wasn't thinking straight. After all that I have know about doing things in a positive way, I decide to count my Mistakes to improve myself. Thanks Angela pointing it out. And Dani, no worries, I will begin my 14 hour per day sleep regimen starting tomorrow if waking doesn't get in the way
