| There are so many books, videos, tapes, and articles telling you how to live. I want you to remember a time when you where happy and enjoying every minute of your life and post why you think you where so happy through that period of you life. For example, one of my most rewarding week of my life was the hardest working week of my life. I set a goal and I gave it my all every fibre of my being was dedicated to reaching this goal and I reached it. I think the secret was the amount of energy I gave to my goal and the fearlessness I brought to the table. In my mind there was no such thing as failure and that felt REALLY GOOD |

The best week of my life was during a school exchange, the reason it was great was because it was so new and different and away from daily routine, getting along without my parents, being as irresponsible as a teenager wants to be, met some amazing people. I think the key is to keep pushing yourself out of comfort zone. And that's it. |

I'm abit simple so I'm going to say the key is 'gratitude'. But mostly applies when one is always depressed about his/her life (I'm sometimes like that myself :P). I'm very sensitive to music so I feel really awesome whenever I listen to inspirational songs (for eg: Kris Allen - Live like you're dying). So the key (in my opinion) is to have one thing (eg: music, movies, journal) that can be a reminder in our life that we should appreciate who we become, what we have and who is around us. |

I feel the happiest when I am on stage speaking or am writing something that will help others. My readers / listeners telling me that my message touched them is what makes my day. Then of course, there is love. I am happiest when I give and take love. |

Meaning is about context. In the context of the universe and life as a whole, who cares about me? In the context of this planet earth, who cares about me? In the context of the country, who cares about me? In the context of the city that i live in, who cares about me? In the context of the people that I know and are affected by who I am and what I do, who cares about the universe? The people that matter are not the wealthiest, or the ones that win some grand accolade but the people that matter to you, in your world. You define your own world, so go do something meaningful inside of that. |
