SCWL Subliminal CDs

Does anyone have any experience with these CDs? Apparently it's just the sound of ocean waves with subliminal subconscious auditory messages pertaining to a certain topic for an hour. It's relatively relaxing, but is it true?

I'm kind of horrified that this is possible because, you can only imagine the messaging coming from the government and the media etc if in fact they're able to embed subconscious thought pattern manipulations into any audio track...

I've heard of similar CDs offered by The Monroe Institute. They claim to work in a similar manner, combining subliminals and brain-wave frequencies. As for myself, I am leery of trying such instructional methods myself, just because I have no idea what is in the subliminals. It would be interesting if there was an open source tool to create such a subliminal for my own use, but I really do not want to subject myself to somebody elses subliminal messages without knowing exactly what is being said. After all, I could suddenly find religion in a huge way and give all of my money to some comet-cult somewhere.

Hi, I don't know about the one you give us a link if their subliminal are real or placebo but I know that Subliminal messages Yes they works, but you must want to improve and dedicate real effort to the task. Subliminal and hypnosis self-help audio are tools that really help individuals define and achieve their goals! Additionally, taking positive action to (for instance) quit a bad habit or behavior, beat a fear or phobia, or become financially successful can only serve to improve your life. There is probably a placebo type of effect involved because of this fact as well as real results from actual subliminal content. Some folks argue that subliminal messages are fallacies and do nothing, but we have tons of evidence to the contrary in the form of repeat customers! There no one will insert anything then what the subject require like lose weight will be only about weight. If people are conning then they will be out of businees in no time. There are way to find what is underneath.
If subliminal do not works why then is banned from comercials?
When you buy a CD you willing to change. Is illegal to sneak subliminal messages in TV, Stores etc, but once you willing and is your choice then nothing can work against your will.

Subliminal messages must be powerful... after all subliminal advertising is illegal! haha.. I must add that the subconscious mind is very powerful, and subliminal messages probably get right into the subconscious mind. I've never tried subliminal messages though so I can't really give a personal experience.

If you want to create your own subliminal why you don't do a search in google, for software (there are tons of free software) I will put some in my website to be downloaded for free, may be this week.
