No references as such, but how about: A) Finding the quiet and balance again which are neccesary, by B) Going to the beach and listen to the ocean or the forest and listen to the leaves whispering C) After that you might feel ready for some soothing music and D) chocolate or a beverage indulgence E) Speak with a good friend and F) Enjoy snuggling up in bed, sleeping well* after possibly having enjoyed a wonderful meal. (I could go 'what brings on stress for you and how to establish boundaries and all that" but that's too obvious and petronizing anyway) I recommend indulging yourself in the wonderful restful tales of Mr Curly and Vasco Pyama in :The Curly Pyjama Letters more on the author on: ** The Michael Leunig Website * In my case that sometimes means the bagpiper starts blasting again just when I've decided to lie down for the night....... I kidd you not **I'm a fan of his writings and am no relation, marketeer etc etc of his works. |
